Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) to safeguard a legitimate interest

Data collected by third parties

If the registered office of a service provider is outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, a third country transfer will take place. With these service providers data protection agreements for the production of an appropriate data protection level are contractually determined and appropriate guarantees are agreed upon according to the legal requirements.
