investors who have concluded a written asset management agreement in accordance with Article 3 paragraph 2 letters b and c, unless they have declared in writing that they do not wish to be considered as such;

Investors who have concluded an average of 10 transactions per quarter of significant size on the relevant markets during the four preceding quarters;

high net worth individuals whose portfolios of financial instruments exceed EUR 500,000.00;

Persons who have held a professional position in the financial sector for at least one year, which requires knowledge of the planned transactions.
